On December 8, 2019, Juice Wrld suffered a seizure at Chicago's Midway International Airport after landing from a private jet. He was rushed to a hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after. The cause of death was later revealed to be an accidental overdose of oxycodone and codeine. He was buried at Beverly Cemetery in Blue Island, Illinois.
