Stories and Fairy Tales by Princess Jenny
Parents are generally concerned about what children watch and what they read. Research has shown over the years that what children view can affect their perception and their behavior.
I remember growing up enjoying simple, wonderful stories and fairy tales. These fond memories inspired me in later years to begin to write children’s stories.
I wrote my first fairy tale in 1997, entitled, Princess Jenny and Prince Michael. That same year, I was then inspired to write the stories of Prince Michael's adventures--Prince Michael Wins Peace, Prince Michael to the Rescue and Prince Michael’s Search for the Enchanted City. I didn’t think seriously of publishing these stories as I was busy with family and responsibilities.
However, in recent years, when I reread the stories, I began to think seriously about publishing them. In addition to these first fairy tales, I decided to write other stories and fairy tales as ones told to the children by Princess Jenny.
This blog and my author website are the showcase for my e-books and books of good, wholesome, positive, character building, inspiring, wonderful stories and fairy tales by Princess Jenny.
Central themes, creatively interwoven throughout these new classic children’s fairy tales and stories focus on character building, self-esteem, positive thinking, community appreciation, including poetry and more.
The stories and fairy tales written by Princess Jenny encourage children to explore, reflect and understand their uniqueness through the adventurous fun of reading.
Three of the fairy tales are about the adventures of Prince Michael. As you will read in the first fairy tale, Prince Michael fell in love with Princess Jenny at a royal ball.
In the first fairy tale, Princess Jenny and Prince Michael, Princess Jenny was transported into another realm of her Kingdom, Rapsia, where she encountered some orphaned children living alone in a cottage. She stayed at the cottage for some time taking care of the children. The children did not know her as Princess Jenny. She often told the children poems, songs, stories and fairy tales that she had written in her journal or made up when they frequently went on picnics. Princess Jenny knew that she loved Prince Michael and realized that she had to return to her realm.
Princess Jenny and Prince Michael will inspire children to believe that they can overcome difficulties and motivate them to have self-confidence to believe in themselves, fulfill their potential and achieve their dreams. It's a new classic fairy tale that includes several poems.
